Hello, I am Scott Johnson

Consultant

Scott has a gift for inspiring people to succeed at life, at home, and in their faith journey. To do this, he uses his vast experience and insight to provide shoulder to shoulder encouragement for individuals and teams. Watching others succeed in life gives him a deep satisfaction.

Over the last twenty years Scott has served the United Methodist Church of SC in serval capacities and locations. He was ordained a full elder in 2009 and has lead churches ranging in sizes of 50 to 2,400 members. Most recently Scott founded The Corban Collective, a platform for Christian influence, while serving as the General Evangelist of the United Methodist Church, SC. He spends most of his “working” time helping individuals, churches, and organizations to actualize their fullest potential. He finds great joy in inspiring people through physical fitness, biblical teaching, leading worship and leadership development. Scott earned his Bachelor’s degree from Coastal Carolina University and a Master’s of Divinity degree from Emory University.

Applying for college, creating long term goals, and setting yourself up for success demands a great deal of self-discipline and tenacity. To this point, Scott offers a lot of insight and encouragement to individuals who are trying to push through the hard work of getting into and maintaining a scholarship. He is available to counsel clients about self leadership, the role of faith, finding purpose, personal disciplines, and many other invaluable life skills.

His expertise is not limited to the college bound student, but he is available to help parents navigate the hard work of this major life transition.
