Hello, I am Rob Seay

Rob brings over twenty years of dedicated experience in higher education administration, particularly in academic and student affairs. Most recently, he served as the Director of Student Affairs at The Art Institute of Charleston in South Carolina, where he worked passionately to support students’ needs.

With a solid foundation in Financial Management from Clemson University and a master’s degree in Student Personnel in Higher Education from The University of Georgia, Rob’s academic journey also includes doctoral work in Educational Leadership at Clemson University. This blend of education has equipped him with a deep understanding of students’ challenges and opportunities.

Throughout his career, Rob has had the privilege of working in a diverse range of colleges and universities across the country, including notable institutions such as Clemson University, The University of Georgia, McMurry University in Texas, the University of Alaska Anchorage, Brevard College in North Carolina, and The Art Institute of Charleston. His experience encompasses every aspect of higher education, from academic advising and residence life to student activities and disability services.

Rob truly understands the complexities involved in the college search and application process. He has worked closely with admissions departments, gaining valuable insight into how colleges approach recruitment and the hopes and concerns of students and their families. He is deeply passionate about guiding students and their families toward colleges and universities that align with their unique needs and aspirations. Rob’s extensive background and compassionate approach enable him to provide meaningful support, helping students navigate this critical journey confidently and clearly.
